Administrators can customize the look and feel of the tenant using options available in the tenant administration page. To start customizing, log into the tenant admin page using the admin account credentials. 


Navigating to the Customization option


Select the Settings tab and from the list of available options click on the Customization option. 






Customizing the About Us Info:


The About Info page enables users to create and format an About Us page that appears when users click About Us at the bottom of the VidyoPortal home page 



To Edit the text in the About Us section click the About Info tab under customization. 



  • Enter text or paste text into the text box. 
  • The text box supports use of HTML 1.1 tags to format the text. 
  • Once all text input and formatting is completed, select Save and confirm the choice in the dialog box. The new text will now be displayed.
  • To remove any previously saved customized text and revert to the default system text provided by Vidyo, click Default. 



Customizing the Support Info:


The Support Info page enables administrators to create and format a contact page that appears when users click Sup-portal at the bottom of the VidyoPortal home page as well as the Login page. This is information will allow users to contact NJEDge or the tenant institutions, local support help-desk via phone or email. All tenant administrators are recommended to configure this page before deployment of the service.
